Adam ParkerMy interest in detoxification started because the conventional explanations for what was happening to my health simply weren’t giving me the answers I needed.
My energy was disappearing. My digestion became unpredictable. Anxiety started appearing out of nowhere. My hair began thinning and eventually my libido disappeared completely. I knew my health was moving in the wrong direction, but I couldn’t understand why.
So I went looking for answers. I saw practitioners, ran tests, changed my diet, bought supplements and experimented with just about every health protocol I could find. Over the years I spent hundreds of thousands trying to understand what was happening to me. Some things helped temporarily, but nothing explained why I could be putting so much effort into my health and still feel so far from where I wanted to be.
The breakthrough came when I realised I’d been looking at health backwards. I was constantly asking what else I needed to add, when I hadn’t properly considered what might already be working against my body.
That took me deep into detoxification, environmental health, gut health and restorative practices. I spent the next decade researching, interviewing experts and testing what I learned on myself. Eventually the pieces started fitting together, my health began to return and the complicated world of detoxification started making a lot more sense.
As people saw the change, they began asking what I’d done. Those conversations eventually became clients, and I’ve now worked with more than 500 people applying the principles that grew out of my own experience.
Along the way, I also realised that detoxification had become far more complicated than it needed to be. There were endless supplements, cleanses, binders, fasting protocols and conflicting opinions, but very little showing people what actually matters, where to start and in what order.
That’s what I help my clients do today. Cut through the noise and follow a clear detox blueprint that works around their life. You shouldn’t need another hundred things to do or have to overhaul your entire lifestyle. You need to understand what’s working against you, what to focus on first and how to put the right foundations in place.
I spent years figuring out how the pieces fit together so you don’t have to.
